Rapid Check In Out Report
IntelliTrack Assets contains a Rapid Check In/Out featureThe Rapid Check In/Out feature is designed to rapidly check in/out assets from the web application while using a wired or wireless wedge scanner. It is available in edit mode. When enabled, the Assets > Rapid Check In/Out option is enabled in the web application and the user may reach the Rapid Check In/Out page. Rapid check in/rapid check out labels are available at the View Labels page. Check In Order Auto-Numbering and Check Out Order Auto-Numbering must be enabled for the division in order to use the Rapid Check In Out feature.. The Rapid Check In/Out feature is designed to rapidly check in/out assets using a wired or wireless wedge scanner. The process works by scanning a series of Rapid Check In/Out Operation Labels, Assignee Labels, and Asset Labels with the wedge scanner.
A Rapid CIO Operations report is available from the View Reports page. This report contains all of the Rapid Check In/Check Out Operation Labels, which are contained on one 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.
Steps to Load the Rapid Check-In/Check-Out Operations Report
To use the Rapid Check-In/Check-Out Operations Report for the Rapid Check In/Out Operations, refer to the steps that follow.
- Select Reports > View/Print Reports from the navigation pane.
- In the Report Type field, click the drop-down arrow and select the Rapid Check In/Out option from the list that appears.
- In the Report Name field, select Rapid CIO Operations from the list that appears.
- The Rapid Check-In/Check-Out Operations Report loads onscreen.
- To print the report to your default printer, select the Print icon in the Report Toolbar.
- A Print dialog appears. Click OK to send the report to the printer.
